Innosphere Life Sciences Incubator: Graduation and Showcase Festival

Innovation in Action: Meet the 2025 Graduating Companies of the Innosphere Life Sciences Accelerator
Across the US, breakthrough ideas in human health, diagnostics, therapeutics, and biotech are getting ready to scale. This year, 31 life sciences companies are graduating from the Innosphere Accelerator after months of mentorship, expert pitch reviews, strategic partnering, and business acceleration.
And on December 4th, we’re bringing the entire innovation community together for a high-energy Showcase Festival featuring 26 exhibiting companies—with six top ventures selected to present live on stage.
If you’re an investor, corporate innovator, academic partner, or founder looking for what’s next in health innovation, this is the best snapshot you’ll get all year.
The Six Featured Companies Selected by the Pioneer Council
Every graduating company participated in pitch reviews led by Innosphere’s Pioneer Council, a group of seasoned executives, investors, and operators who serve as advisors to our program.
After evaluating each company’s traction, technology, and scalability, the Pioneer Council selected six standout teams to be featured on stage:
Caridea Therapeutics
Richard O’Neil — Medical University of South Carolina, Zucker Institute for Innovation
Aquablade
Majid Jadidi — University of Nebraska Medical Campus, UNEMED
Docology
Andrew Rogers — University of Nebraska Medical Campus, UNEMED
Endios Bio
Wendy Overton — University of Colorado Boulder, Venture Partners at CU Boulder
Empower Independence Company
Kelly Van Ert — University of Nebraska Lincoln, NU Tech
Parley Neurotech

These presentations will spotlight breakthrough work in therapeutics, digital health, biotech, medical devices, and neurotechnology.
